All products in original packaging (including the plastic wrap) can be returned for a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products are returned to Reishi Coffee at 4 Florida Road, Paradyskloof, Stellenbosch, 7600 in the same condition as when it was originally shipped to the customer.
A restocking handling fee of R100 will be subtracted from the amount to be payed back to the customer.
Unfortunately Reishi Coffee cannot consider refunds for products that have already been opened, i.e. the plastic wrap removed, or if the product has been opened.
The reason for this is that these are perishable food items and all value is lost when opened as this goes against public food safety regulations.
