  • All products in original packaging (including the plastic wrap) can be returned for a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products are returned to Reishi Coffee at 4 Florida Road, Paradyskloof, Stellenbosch, 7600 in the same condition as when it was originally shipped to the customer.
  • A restocking handling fee of R100 will be subtracted from the amount to be payed back to the customer.


  • Unfortunately Reishi Coffee cannot consider refunds for products that have already been opened, i.e. the plastic wrap removed, or if the product has been opened.
  • The reason for this is that these are perishable food items and all value is lost when opened as this goes against public food safety regulations.
