How do I qualify for an Organo™ Gold Dual Team Bonus?

The word Team is critical – as this bonus is meaningless unless you have a team of distributors under you to earn the bonus on.

Keep in mind that you earn the bonus on the qualification you have from the previous month. So if you are expecting to expand your network in the next month – it might be worthwhile to purchase an Organo™ Sales Promotional Pack in the current month so that you can earn this potentially lucrative bonus in the following month on your team, when you expect your network to EXPLODE with new distributors.

On first time product orders, a maximum of 100 CV will go towards Dual Team and any excess CV will go towards Unilevel. On all Promotional Sales Pack (PSP) and Upgrade Pack purchases, all CV will go towards Dual Team.

How is the Dual Team Bonus calculated?

Each placement tree has a left and right side. One of them is your ‘Power Leg’ and the other is your ‘Pay Leg’. The former is the stronger leg that generates more sales volume. The latter is where you can earn up 20% on the sales volume to an unlimited depth. If you can maintain your qualified status, you will have the opportunity to carry over any unpaid volume in your Power Leg to the next commissionable period.

A minimum of 150CV on each leg is required to generate a bonus. When a Dual Team Bonus pays out, an equal amount of CV is deducted from each leg.

If a Distribution Partner meets the weekly Dual Team payout cap, any unused volume from the Pay Leg will be reset to 0, and the unused volume from the Strong Leg will be carried over.

Carry Over Rules: Should a Distribution Partner remain Inactive or not Dual Team Qualified, (1) , any accumulated volume for the current commission period will be flushed and will not carry over the first month (2) 1/2 of the total volume in each leg will be flushed the second month (3) 2/3 of the total volume in each leg will be flushed the third month, and (4) all remaining volume will be flushed in the 4th month.

If you are a strong networker and have access to cashflow – then it makes sense to purchase a Gold Promotional Sales Pack in your first month and jump to a 20% Dual Team Bonus level. You must however make sure that you have as a minimum recruited 2 distributors (one left left and one right leg) that each generate 50 PQV early in the following month and that you put in an order for 100 PQV in that month as well. If you are a strong recruiter and your recruits follow suit, then you should reap the benefits of the Gold Pack investment from the first week of the month.

Definitions

Promotional Sales Packs

• This includes any of the following: Bronze / Silver / Gold / Gold Ubuntu Promotional Sales Packs
• NB this DOES NOT include the Copper Promotional Sales Pack available in South Africa

Generating / Accumulating PQV can be done in 2 ways:

• either personal purchases of 50 PQV or
• 50 PQV of retail sales via the online system

Personally sponsored Distribution Partners are people that you have personally signed up (i.e. your 1st Level Unilevel) that could have been placed anywhere in your binary legs

Marketing Associate

To achieve this rank – you must do ONE of the following:

• Purchase a Bronze Promotional Sales Pack
• Accumulate 200 PQV (from when you joined)
• Generate 50 PQV in the current calendar month and personally sponsor two (2) distributers that have purchased an OG Promotional Sales Packs in this or a prior month

To maintain this rank – you must do the following in EACH MONTH after achieving the rank:

• Generate 50 PQV
• Have two (2) personally sponsored Distribution Partners (1-Left Team and 1-Right Team) who each also generate 50 PQV

Supervisor

To achieve this rank – you must do ONE of the following:

• Accumulate 500 PQV (from when you joined)
• Generate 50 PQV in the current calendar month and personally sponsor three (3) distributers that have purchased an OG Promotional Sales Packs in this or a prior month

To maintain this rank – you must do the following in EACH MONTH after achieving the rank:

• Generate 50 PQV
• Have two (2) personally sponsored Distribution Partners (1-Left Team and 1-Right Team) who each also generate 50 PQV

Consultant

To achieve this rank – you must do ONE of the following:

• Purchase a Silver or Gold Promotional Sales Pack
• Accumulate 1,000 PQV (from when you joined)
• Generate 100 PQV in the current calendar month and personally sponsor five (5) distributers that have purchased an OG Promotional Sales Packs in this or a prior month

To maintain this rank – you must do the following in EACH MONTH after achieving the rank:

• Generate 50 PQV
• Have two (2) personally sponsored Distribution Partners (1-Left Team and 1-Right Team) who each also generate 50 PQV

VIP Consultant

To achieve and maintain this rank – you must do ALL of the following in any month:

• Have achieved the rank of Consultant and generate at least 100 PQV
• Have two (2) personally sponsored Distribution Partners (1-Left Team and 1-Right Team) who each generate 50 PQV
• Accumulate 2,500 Group Qualifying Volume (GQV) per calendar month from the sales of your Unilevel organisation, with no more than 50% of the GQV coming from a single Unilevel Leg.

Platinum Consultant

To achieve and maintain this rank – you must do ALL of the following in any month:

• Have achieved the rank of Consultant and generate at least 100 PQV
• Have two (2) personally sponsored Distribution Partners (1-Left Team and 1-Right Team) who each generate 50 PQV
• Accumulate 5,000 Group Qualifying Volume (GQV) per calendar month from the sales of your Unilevel organisation, with no more than 50% of the GQV coming from a single Unilevel Leg.

Platinum Elite Consultant

To achieve and maintain this rank – you must do ALL of the following in any month:

• Have achieved the rank of Consultant and generate at least 100 PQV
• Have two (2) personally sponsored Distribution Partners (1-Left Team and 1-Right Team) who each generate 50 PQV
• Accumulate 10,000 Group Qualifying Volume (GQV) per calendar month from the sales of your Unilevel organisation, with no more than 50% of the GQV coming from a single Unilevel Leg.

Gold Pack Qualified

To achieve this rank – you must do the following:

• Purchase a Gold Promotional Sales Pack

To maintain this rank – you must do the following in EACH MONTH after achieving the rank:

• Generate 100 PQV
• Have two (2) personally sponsored Distribution Partners (1-Left Team and 1-Right Team) who each also generate 50 PQV
